Please pray for Debbie and their family in a special way in this difficult time.

Please pray for Shirley Evans and her husband Fred as he continues to have serious health issues.

From Maddie Jones regarding her daughter Torin that is due December 17th. This is the daughter of Kris and Diana Booth, granddaughter of Lorna Baum and Janet Booth:
As we approach our girl's arrival, we have decided to share a bit of news. Some close family and friends have been made aware; however, I wanted to share because I believe that prayer is powerful, and this is one way to easily ask for that.
So with that all being said: this pregnancy has not been a very "normal" situation. At our very first ultrasound we were told that baby Torin has what is called an "omphalocele" on her belly. Without going into great detail about what that means, I will say that what she has would be described as a glorified hernia. (You are welcome to Google details if you'd like) Now with that, I will say every situation of an omphalocele is vastly unique. And with everything that baby girl could be going through we have been told by doctors that she is thriving. We have had multiple doctors appointments monthly, some multiple times a month to closely monitor her progress. Yes she has this, but everything else we have tested and watched over these months has come back with positive outcomes. Next, what does this mean for delivery: this does mean I will be scheduled for a c-section to safely bring her into this world. But this also means that she will spend a bit of time in the NICU. Now before questions come at us, we do not know details at this time. Doctors are even unsure of her time frame she will be in the NICU. But they, along with us, will take this day by day.
So with all that being said we are asking for prayers. We are asking that you pray for Torin's health, as she is born, and for Jacob and I as we navigate as new parents while also navigating life in the NICU. I know the Lord has her in His hands and he has continued to show His power through this pregnancy, so I know He will continue after, as well. We are both in good spirits and relying heavily on God during this situation. And as Jacob would say "we never have a dull moment." We thank you so much for you loving support and prayers.
