8/13/25
Philip Dennis' father, Ronald Dennis, passed away. Visitation will be Saturday 8/16 from 1-1:45pm with the service to follow at 2pm at Hartsell Funeral Home in Albemarie, NC. Interment will follow at Anderson Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Please pray for this dear family in this difficult time.
Mat Hill's mother passed away. Please pray for Mat, Mandy, and their family in a special way in their time of loss.
Gary Echols has an appointment with the heart surgeon at Duke on 8/26 due to a leading heart valve. Please pray for Gary as they await this appointment.
Jerry Logan had carpal tunnel surgery on his left wrist today. He is home and doing well. Please pray for his healing and for Donna as she cares for him.
Christy Smith's mother, Doris Davis, had hip replacement surgery on 7/28 and it is now infected. They are having to go in surgically Friday 8/15 to see what is going on. She lives in Florida and is 80 years old. Please pray for Christy and her mother Doris in this difficult time.

Faye Barton fell yesterday and broke her leg. She will have surgery today at Centra Lynchburg Hospital. Please pray for Faye, Larry, and the medical team in a special way.
Bill Torok is at Roman Eagle Rehab. Please pray for Bill and his wife Debbie. If you would like to send a card he is in room 104.

Connie Wells will have right knee replacement surgery on 9/3 at Wesley Long Greensboro. Please pray for her and the medical staff as she prepares for surgery.
Connie Kirks has double pneumonia. Please pray for her healing and strength.
8/6/25
Johnny White's surgery went well and the tear was not as bad as they had thought. Please pray for his continued recovery.
Susan Martin was discharged from the hospital back to Chatham Rehab and her mother Judy Martin will go home tomorrow from Piney Forrest.
Mariah Freeman has been attending church for some time and is delivering her sixth child today! What a wonderful blessing from the Lord!! Please keep this precious family in your prayers in a special way as they prepare to receive this beautiful life!
Please pray for Dennis Dillion's sister Pat Barrow as she fell and broke her hand Sunday.
As the sick season begins, please remember to pray for those who are sick.

Gweyn Kuper had surgery today and all went well. Please continue to lift Gweyn and Ed up in prayer.
Eugene Gunn is not feeling well. Please pray that he would feel better soon.
Johnny White will have right rotator cuff surgery on Tomorrow 8/5. Please pray for Johnny and the medical team in a special way.
Kathleen Stringer has been in Sovah Hospital for testing and will be released tonight. Please pray for Kathleen and Joe in this time of testing.
Sherri Slade has gotten her sling off and is now able to drive. Physical Therapy starts next week. Sherri and David thank you for your continued prayers
Please continue to pray for Clinton and Clarice Waller in a special way.
Alan Hepler's dad Paul Irby is doing better and Alan thanks you for your prayers.

Gweyn will have surgery on Monday 8/4 at Duke University Hospital to have her right kidney and a lymph node removed. Please continue to pray for her in a special way.
Judy Martin had a procedure Tuesday to help with her ongoing heart condition. Her daughter Susan Martin had a hear attack Tuesday and is really in need of prayer. Both are at Sovah. Please continue to pray for both of these ladies in a special way.
Rickey and Carolyn Childress' son Rickey Jr. was in Danville hospital will cellulitis in his right leg and sepsis. He was very sick but was improving and hopes to go home today. Please pray for his healing and strength.
