Please pray for Mike & Kim Wiles in the loss of their son Jonathon Phelps in a car accident. Please also pray for their other children, Barrett and Ali. The family thanks you for your love and prayers. They are kindly asking to hold off on visits and bringing food for a few days. When they let us know that they are ready to receive friends, we will pass that on to you. Please continue to lift your loving prayers to the Lord on their behalf.

Arrangements for Nancy Carpenter's brother, Steve Welch:
Funeral Services for Steve will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at Oakland Community Church. Interment will follow the service in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday Night, October 21, 2026, from 5:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M. at the Wrenn-Yeatts Funeral Homes, Westover Chapel. At other times, the family will be at the residence. Please continue to pray for Nancy and her family in their time of loss.

Please pray for John Parsons as he is in Lynchburg Hospital with a GI issue. Please pray for him in a special way and for Deb as she cares for John.

Please pray for Kathy Anderson as she is in the Danville Hospital.

Please continue to pray for Wyatt Hodges as he has been put on hospice. This is the 3 year old boy that has been battling brain cancer. Please also pray for his parents Ben and Maggie, as well as the rest of the family, in a special way in this very difficult time.

Nancy Carpenter's brother, Steve Welch, passed away. Please pray for Nancy and her family in a special way in their time of loss.

Carol Grogan will have her right knee replaced on Tuesday 11/10. Please pray for her in a special way.

Please keep Junior and Ann Chism in your prayers. Ann has surgery on Friday 11/13 and Junior has surgery on Wednesday 12/2.
